Insurance and Fees

To ensure the highest quality of personalized care, our practice operates on a direct payment basis and does not accept any insurance plans. However, we do provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider. Depending on your plan, you may be able to use these superbills to receive partial reimbursement as part of your out-of-network benefits.

Payment
Payment is required in full before or at the time of your appointment. This can be made securely through the Spruce healthcare communication app, which allows you to receive bills and pay directly within the app. We also use Stripe for processing payments, giving you the flexibility to pay your bills securely online. For in-person visits, payment by cash or check is accepted upon arrival, but a valid card must be kept on file.

Note: There will be a 3% supercharge on credit card payments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments without charge up to 48 hours in advance. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the session.

Children (6 to 10), Preteens, Teens, Adults, Elders (65+)

Intake Appointment – $385

This appointment will last 75 minutes. We will comprehensively discuss your current symptoms and functioning, review your past history and background, and collaboratively create a treatment plan that emphasizes a biopsychosocial approach. We will also address any questions you may have about the safety of medications (if suggested) and other treatment options.

Follow-up Appointment – $300

This 25-minute appointment is for established patients to assess the ongoing use of medications and provide short-term psychological support. If you are receiving regular therapy from another clinician, we will collaborate with them to ensure you receive comprehensive care.

Sliding Scale Pricing

We offer sliding scale pricing for both intake and follow-up appointments to ensure our services are accessible to individuals with financial constraints. You can inquire about eligibility by calling us, during our call to confirm your appointment, or at the time of payment.
